就是采用燃料直接燃烧,经高净化处理形成热风,而和物料直接接触加热干燥或烘烤。该种方法燃料的消耗量约比用蒸汽式或其他间接加热器减少一半左右。因此,在不影响烘干产品品质的情况下,完全可以使用直接式高净化热风。

燃料为 固体燃料,如煤、焦炭。
